The Government is consulting on changes to benefits and support. This includes consulting on changes to AtW.
There is a Green Paper and consultation, "Pathways to Work: Reforming Benefits and Support to Get Britain Working". Chapter 4: Supporting Employers and making work accessible, is about AtW, and contains the consultation questions about AtW.

The consultation closes 30th June 2025.
It is important that organisations of and representing deaf people, and deaf people themselves, take part in this consultation.
There is a BSL translation of the whole Green paper, almost 5 hours long. The chapter on ATW starts at 3:42, and is 26 minutes long.
